As an innovator, I consider myself a holistic therapist, which means I place emphasis on the mind, body, and spirit. Specifically, my approach is comprised of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Existentialism. I will lead with compassion.
I will empower my clients to become the author of their own story despite any past or current circumstances. I will cultivate an environment of healing, growth, and change through a holistic and evidence-based approach.
